TASER® C2 Technology Neuro-Muscular Incapacitation (NMI) The key technology to disable even the most aggressive subjects, NMI temporarily over-rides the command and control systems of the body to impair muscular control. Laser Integration All C2 TASER® weapons contain light emitting diodes for flashlight illumination to make it easy to find a door lock or key hole in the dark. The flashlight is activated when the safety switch is activated. Lasersight C2 TASER® models also have laser illumination when the safety switch is activated for lasersight accuracy when aiming. Lithium Power Magazine (LPM) Integrated power source with lithium battery cells and solid-state memory module for tracking power consumption, power levels remaining, and allows for software updates to be distributed via battery replacement. The lithium battery does not require recharging and will last for a minimum of 5 years or up to 50 firings.
